Buyers Home Inspections

The Buyers Home Inspection is the most common type of inspection. Following the InterNACHI Residential Standards of Practice we will perform a thorough inspection that will consist of, and may exceed, the condition of the following: roof, exterior, basement, foundation, crawlspaces and structure, heating and cooling, electrical, plumbing, fireplace, attic, insulation and ventilation, doors, windows, and interiors. All inspections, in written format, shall identify defects within specific systems and components defined by these Standards that are both observed and deemed material by the inspector. (InterNACHI)

Sellers Pre-Listing Inspections

This type of inspection is done prior to placing your home on the market. It is done with the same standards as a Buyers Home Inspection. This will give you insight on what a potential buyer may see when doing their Buyers Home Inspection and will allow you to make the repairs before hand. It is beneficial both for you and the potential buyer for a seamless buying / selling process.

1 Year Builder Warranty Inspection

This type of inspection is for homeowners who built their home. Many builders have a standard 1 year warranty. We recommend having these inspections done prior to your anniversary so that if any repairs need to be done, they will still be covered under your warranty, and taken care of by the builder.

Seasonal Home Inspection

Let's call this inspection a "check up". This type of inspection is for the homeowner who just wants an update on the "health" of their home. It is performed just as thorough and with the same standards as our Buyers Home Inspection. These inspections are beneficial to find small issues before they become big, expensive issues.
